Hennadiy Maksak, a Ukrainian foreign policy expert, is the head of the Foreign Policy Council “Ukrainian Prism”. The core of his research focuses on NATO, the EU, Central Europe and the Eastern Partnership, as well as the reform of the Ukrainian diplomatic service. He is coming to Prague in time to help form the Ukrainian delegation for the Czech-Ukrainian Civil Society Forum. He will use the rest of his fellowship period to research best practices and tools of public diplomacy in the Czech Republic and other countries of the “Visegrad 4”.
